Same day shipping when your order is placed by 2pm.

All orders shipped via UPS.

**Some freight charges are determined by quantity, including but not limited to: Prophy angle, ortho kits, toothbrushes, disinfectant & sanitizers, ultrasonic cleaners

2-Day (must be in by 2:00 EST) $29.99

Overnight (must be in by 2:00 EST) $59.99
(Sales tax to be applied where applicable.)

Returns:

WE CANNOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION.
All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your invoice and a reason for the return.

Merchandise must be returned in its original container and properly packaged.  Returned products must have been purchased within the previous thirty (30) days.  Any returns past thirty (30) days are subject to a restocking fee.  Shortages or errors in shipments must be reported within seven (7) days of invoice date to issue credit (if applicable). Shipping charges will apply on all returns.

Exceptions:

The following special, customized or government-regulated items are not returnable:

  1. Special order items (products that we do not ordinarily stock)
  2. Personalized and imprinted items.
  3. Expired products.
