Dentronix Pliers: Warranty claims on Dentronix pliers are now administered by Precision Plier Service. Please utilize the following process to submit a claim:
- In order to speed processing, please include a copy of the purchase invoice for all claims.
- Package the instruments and include a description of the warranty coverage requested. A Precision Plier Service Work Order form or similar is recommended. The PPS Work order form can also be accessed online at https://www.precisionplierservice.com/contact-us.html
- Ship instruments to PPS at the address below. Please mark shipment Attn: Dentronix Warranty
- Shipment: PPS will provide prepaid shipping labels for inbound shipment – contact PPS before making the shipment. Return shipment to your facility will be billed directly to you by PPS.
- Please note that instruments serviced by PPS will no longer be covered by the COLTENE warranty. Serviced instruments are then covered by Precision Plier Service warranties for the work performed and subject to their terms.
- COLTENE reserves the right to final determination of applicable COLTENE warranty coverage.
